As a Staff Instructor, your duties will include assisting with Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) and help training and mentoring the next generation of PADI Instructors.
You become part of the professional development process and help shape confident, skilled, and safe dive educators.
During your PADI Staff Instructor Development Course you will assist a 2 days course prior to the start date of the IDC.
Once the IDC kicks off, you will audit and assist the candidates, learning how to evaluate knowledge development, confined water and open water teaching presentations, as well as developing familiarity with the IDC curriculum.
